I certify that I am authorized by my company to send in this registration form and by sending this form, I have agreed that AerOceaNetwork (AON) will be booking my above registered company representative(s) with the conference center. My company agrees to pay the said conference fees and understand that said fees are payable within five business days of receipt due to hotel / conference pre-payment requirements. I understand that per AON policy in order to attend any AON meetings that all company accounts with AON, including membership dues, meeting / conference fees, and all other invoices, must be up to date.

I also recognize that due to AON’s contractual obligations with the conference host (hotel / conference center) cancellations are refundable as follows: 100% one calendar month or before; 75% three weeks (21 calendar days) or before; 50% two weeks (14 calendar days) or before; 25% one week (seven calendar days) or before. Cancellations at six or less calendar days entitle my company to no refund.
