Tight Deadline. Teamwork. Successful Delivery.
Another successful project completed by Synergy Worldwide Forwarding Sdn Bhd.
This factory relocation project in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor, came with a challenging timeline. The job was confirmed on 8 October, the moving team’s earliest available slot was 12 October, and the factory tenancy deadline was 15 October.
With only a few days to get everything done, careful coordination and teamwork were essential. Despite the tight schedule, Synergy Worldwide Forwarding managed to squeeze the project into their schedule, mobilise their resources, and bring their teams together to complete the factory move-out before the deadline.
Here is how the team made it happen:
-
On-Site Loading Support: Deployed forklifts, manpower, and 2 × 40ft trucks to load used machinery and parts from the factory.
-
Transportation to Packing Warehouse: Transported the machinery and parts to their warehouse for the next stage of preparation.
-
Professional Base Crating: Arranged base crating services to prepare the machinery for international transportation.
-
Fumigation Services: Coordinated fumigation before container loading to support export shipment requirements.
-
Container Loading & Shipping to Taiwan: After the necessary packing and fumigation, the cargo was loaded into 1 × 20ft container and 2 × 40HQ containers, ready for shipment to Taiwan.
The Challenge Was the Deadline. The Solution Was Teamwork.
This project demonstrates the company’s ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, transportation, packing, fumigation, and international shipping under a tight schedule.
At Synergy Worldwide Forwarding, they do not just move cargo. They coordinate solutions, bring resources together, and help their customers keep their projects moving.
