Cargo International Owners Sell its SEACON NVOCC activities to Rotterdam based NVO Consolidation

The International Holding Ziegler Group who own Cargo International & Cargo in Belgium have sold its SEACON NVOCC activities to the Rotterdam based company NVO Consolidation.

SEACON will thus be fully integrated and continue under the name of NVO Consolidation. For Cargo International and its sister company, based at Antwerp, CARGA, this operation is part of their group strategic guideline of refocusing on their core business.

While no changes are expected on the airfreight side the CARGA activities, namely freight forwarding, logistics, warehouse & distribution continue to work but in a more independent way.
