A native of Esposende, Francisco Manuel Pinto Vilarinho Rodrigues is described as “an example of determination, resilience, and dedication to his homeland and to his country.” After a military career in the Commandos of the Mozambican and Portuguese Armies, at the age of 27 he embraced a new professional challenge in the logistics sector, serving as general director in a multinational freight forwarding company and earning international recognition for his precision, professionalism, and leadership skills.

In 1999, he founded his first company, beginning a 25-year journey as a successful entrepreneur, receiving well-deserved public recognition. But his contribution goes far beyond the business sphere, demonstrating a deep sense of social responsibility, being involved in various local institutions as a member and benefactor.
