Global logistics software group, WiseTech Global, to acquire Brazil’s largest customs solution provider, Bysoft
Today, global logistics software group, and AIN Corporate Sponsor, WiseTech announced the acquisition of Bysoft Solucoes em Sistemas Para Comercio Exterior Ltda (Bysoft), the largest provider of automated customs solutions to the logistics industry across Brazil.
Headquartered in Sao Paolo, Bysoft provides automated customs and freight forwarding software and solutions to about 750 corporations including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Schenker, Yusen and CH Robinson.
