They perform all acts functions customarily performed by the liner agent for and on behalf of the principals and their vessels which are operated on a liner service in Libyan territory and ensuring prompt entry for incoming ships and clearance of outgoing ship.
To pass on without delay, communications and instructions to the master of the vessel and vice versa.
CHARTERING
High Seas offers suitable vessels for all types of cargo required, as Libya enjoys a significant relationship with respectable ship owners.
CONTAINERS
High Seas has a very well experienced staff in the field of containers -and take care of all equipment belonging to the principals and landed by agent port. To keep principals updated about equipment’s position through daily /weekly reports from day of discharge till day reloading. Storage depots are to be available for equipment storage and safety, close to main Libyan ports.
SHIP CHANDLERS
High Seas arrange to supply the ship with the Provision, Fresh Water & Fuel, commercial invoice submitted by them.
CREW HANDLING / REPATRATION
High Seas follow up crew requirements such as: assist to issue entry visa to other countries if necessary and flight tickets. Full report to be sent to the principals with sign on/off crew.
PARCELS
Delivery and receiving spare parts parcels and documents (charts & books).
Parcels from /to vessel in due course after receiving and customs clearance.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
High Seas can provide all services related clearance formalities, tariffs commodity interpretation and prepare all documents required and delivery in quick and safe manner.
