“We have new procedures in effect in Canada for all cargo coming to Canada needs to have full pre-alert prior to the last leg departure for Canada.

If cargo arrives into Canada and we have not received the pre-alert prior to departure, we will refuse the cargo outright to avoid penalties with Canada Customs as well jeopardizing our Bond license with them as well.”
