New Hire & Realignment at Saturn Freight Systems
Saturn Freight has realigned its international team to help serve its local customer base as well as their overseas partners in a more efficient manner. The need to rethink how they were managing their international inquiries, was necessary due to the growth they have experienced over the past year and half. The realignment will help with answering quotes more effectively, updating shipments closer to real-time and to overall improve the customer experience they provide their customers and overseas partners.
The international team at Saturn, takes pride in answering all inquiries same day if at all possible, but with the bulk of the requests being handled by the corporate office in Atlanta, this was at times difficult. The realignment brings two other offices in to the support mechanism; the offices are located in San Diego and Los Angeles. Although they are in close proximity they felt that the market in the Los Angeles area was robust enough to support this move with the San Diego office handling anything that is in the time zones from mountain time zone and west. All other cities within the US will still be handled by the corporate office in Atlanta. To help support the inclusion of their Los Angeles office, they are adding a new member of staff in the location. Joan Caldit will be assuming the role of International Operations Manager. She brings over 25 years of international experience to the company in the local market of Los Angeles.
They hope these changes will funnel quickly to you all so you can surpass your expectations.
