Topnatch Freight International Inc. in Manila, Philippines moved offices in early July. The relocation was considered a necessity after a positive employee growth rate in recent months.
However, the increasing number of employees is not the only driving factor behind the move.
As stated by CEO Emil Calangi, “Besides [having more] space, the new location also allowed us to rework the office interior and make it more productivity-friendly.”
“We also consider [the new office] an upgrade for everyone,” she added. “A lot of them have been with Topnatch for years. A better working environment is a good way to give back.”
The new office created another milestone in Topnatch Freight’s 26-year history. With the relocation, the company hopes to drive more business and enhance employees’ workplace experience.
