Flytrans with the Industrial Project Cargo Team (IPC Team) was recently deeply committed to a nice and huge project.
Basically, the project is dedicated to full management of Out of Gauge Equipment for Oil and Gas Project from EXW South of France area to DAP Singapore Shipyard.
Flytrans was managing and leading the full range of project:
- Land transport of loose cargo with sensitive lashing
- Cranage
- Seaworthy packaging
- Insurance liability
- Loading, lashing, securing on Flat Racks
- Neutral Survey
- Dedicated people from Flytrans travelling (to supplier, packer, port of loading) with customer representative for each shipment
- Sea freight to Singapore into the hold of containers Vessel
- Control of quantity & quality of hundred pieces prior to repack and reloading into SOC Open Top Containers + sailing to Singapore
Main figures: 9 OOG Pieces onto 9 Flat Racks + 4 SOC 20’ + 1 x 40’ dry : +/- 330 Tons & 500 cbm
Biggest External dimensions : 392 x 372 x 315 cm
Heaviest weight: 32 Tons a piece
+ 10 Shipments by air like 2 boxes; 8 Tons with 300cm high
